GAS PURIFICATION STATION – GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY

• The Gas Purification and Controller system is designed to remove oxygen, moisture, hydrocarbons, oil and other foreign materials form gas streams. The system eliminated noise and unaccepted signals of gases in order to obtain peak resolution and peak tailing in the analysis.
• The purifiers are used to reduce or eliminate impurities in gases like Nitrogen, Oxygen, Methane, Hydrogen, and Carbon dioxide. Gas purification filters are able to remove moisture, hydrocarbons, and other impurities. The reason why gas impurities need to be removed because they can cause improper purging, distribution leaks, and system breaches

GAS PURIFICATION & CONTROL PANEL FOR GAS CHROMATOGRAPHY CONSISTING OF Zero Air, H2 , N2, & HELIUM PURIFERS
• Indicating Silica gel and Molecular sieves Filters to remove the moisture and traces of moisture from Zero Air, H2, N2, HELIUM by showing change in colour.
• Activated Charcoal filters to remove the hydrocarbons from air and hydrogen.
• Oxytrap filters to remove Oxygen from carrier Gas line.
• Pressure Regulators
• Pressure Gauges, Toggle Valves etc.

GAS DISTRIBUTION STATION- THREE / FOUR PANEL

Gas distribution panels are used to connect individual connections to Gc’s and are available in with pressure gauge (to indicate pressure), pressure regulator (to control pressure), ON/OFF valve (to isolate).

GAS SELECTOR BOX

Gas Selector Box is used for the selection between two gases of different types. This uses a special Gas Sampling Valve which takes care of leakage problems especially faced while using Helium/ Nitrogen.
